Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://terraformoutdoorliving.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, TerraForm Outdoor Living markets and arranges Artificial Turf Installation, Concrete Masonry Work, Retaining Wall Construction, Outdoor Living Space, Pavers Installation, Masonry Contractor, Artificial Grass, Concrete Patio. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://terraformoutdoorliving.com is the property of TerraForm Outdoor Living or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. TerraForm Outdoor Living makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of TerraForm Outdoor Living arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TerraForm Outdoor Living from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
